My entire steam friends list was just wiped and it seems like Im not the only one that this is happening too. Anyone else having the same problem?

I know 4 people having this same issue on my friends list. My list has not been affected...yet...

That happened to me for a while last night, but they came back. Just a little fyi, valve is making some huge changes to steam. If you want to see them you should participate in the beta. It's pretty sweet.

The beta version of the new Steam does look pretty sweet. Only problem is that is crashed twice on me already...

If you guys want to try it out, right click the Steam icon in your task bar, go to settings, in the Account tab click "Change" in the Beta Participation section.

The problem was fixed a couple hours later all friends were restored.

The beta has been working pretty well for me. Just a few small errors really.
